I am happy to announce that Samskar is releasing an academic monograph (book) entitled:

Legacy and Continuity: Social Reforms in Andhra Pradesh, 1850-2000 (borde kanske vara 1950-2000 /Pertti) tomorrow at Vijayawada. This is written by Prof. V Ramakrishna and Mr. K H S S Sundar.

This book captures the work and programmes of Lavanam, Hemalata and Samskar over the last 40 years. The book is written against the backdrop of colonial society and its various dimensions. This book also gives you an estimate of Lavanam’s and Hemalata’s work in the social work in a global perspective. I hope this book will serve the needs of those who want information on Samskar and Samskar International trust. The book also reproduces Press Clippings from newspapers and periodicals published in the last 40 years.
